Our mission is to create fresh solutions to our clients' complex business problems. Companies, large and small, call upon us to assist them with their toughest problems in strategy formulation, business execution, leadership development, and management education.

Founder and CEO, C. Paige Hinkson

Paige is founder and CEO of Transegy, LLC and assists her clients with difficult problems in leadership development, business execution and management education.

Paige has over 25 years of experience as a management consultant, executive coach, instructional designer and instructor, facilitator, and orchestrator of experiential learning.  Prior to founding Transegy, Paige ran the education business for The Results-Based Leadership Group and was a Senior Partner at Executive Perspectives where she worked in every aspect of consulting and training including needs assessment and program development, simulation and e-learning course design, program module design, executive coaching and facilitated delivery.   Paige has developed simulations to create high-impact learning experiences that are aligned to the way adults learn, and has led significant change initiatives for clients.  

Paige's enjoys long-term relationships with clients across industries.  Her clients include Sun Life Financial, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Cengage,, EverBank, PwC, Great Plains Energy, New York Times, Verizon, San Miguel, Canadian National Railroad, IBM, Hancor, Lafarge, ROLM, The Dial Corp, First Tennessee, Rank America, CIBC VISA, Texaco, Marathon Oil, Pfizer, Ford Motor Company, The Thomson Corporation, DuPont, ADP, and The BellSouth Foundation, as well as executive and MBA programs at various business schools. Paige is an active member of the Duke Corporate Education Global Learning Resource Network.

In addition to her consulting and education work, Paige also worked as the Vice President and General Manager of Markdown Optimization Solutions for Technology Strategies, Inc. and was a financial analyst with Wyatt Asset Services.  She is certified by the Hudson Institute of Coaching and International Coach Foundation (ICF) as well as in several instruments and assessments including Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), Hogan Assessments (L1 & L2), Change Style Indicator (CSI).

Paige is actively involved in the community and has been a Board Member of The Stowe Cooperative Nursery School (President), The North Country Animal League,  The Stowe International Music School and The Helen Day Arts Center.

Paige earned her Certificado de Negocios in Seville, Spain, is fluent in Spanish and dedicates a portion of her time to help women-owned businesses in developing countries succeed.  Paige lives in Stowe, VT with her husband, 18-year old daughter, and her two Boxers. 

Paige moved to Stowe from Boston in 1998 so she could snowboard, xc-ski, hike, bike and enjoy the outdoors.  She and her family are avid adventure travelers and now divide their time between their homes in Stowe and Spain. 

Tina Jackson, MA, MCC

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Tina is a dynamic facilitator, trainer, and executive coach who helps clients gain the confidence and skill to communicate, motivate and lead with great impact. Her experiences include facilitating an award-winning six-month Women in Leadership program for a global professional services firm, and developing and testing new IP, such as Courageous Conversations, to support individuals and teams. Tina has a keen sense of how to design and conduct programs that are engaging, relevant and ‘sticky.’ Whether addressing a room of 8 or of over 300, Tina makes magic happen. She leverages examples and storytelling, and makes the learning environment more impactful by leveraging her warmth, wisdom, curiosity, and intuitive sense of design. Individuals leave motivated to take action. As an ICF-certified Master Coach, she serves as a trusted thought partner. Clients value her courage to give powerful feedback and her ability to move from deep conversation to laughter. She leverages her coaching skills with clients one-on-one, as well as when facilitating dialogue sessions with teams and dyads. She is the co-author of A Practical Guide to Working with Diversity and has designed programs and authored materials for over 50 courses. Tina holds a M.A. in Organization Development from the Fielding University and is a graduate of the Hudson Institute’s Master Coach Program. She holds certifications in the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, BarOn's Emotional Quotient Inventory, Situational Leadership, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the Strength Deployment Inventory.

Cassi Christiansen

Cassi Christiansen has been coaching and developing leaders for over 25 years and her work spans the globe. She is passionate about creating strong authentic leaders who whole-heartedly impact, influence, and inspire others. She works with leaders in Academia, to the Big-4, to Global Non-Profits, to Healthcare, to the US Government and everything in-between. Rather than focusing on becoming an industry expert, she has crafted her skills to become an expert on creating extraordinary leaders. Cassi is a Master Certified Coach (MCC), which is the highest level of coach credentialing in the world, as well as Board Certified (BCC). She is a certified Professional Mentor Coach and has mentored and taught hundreds of coaches. Her work has been featured in the NY Times, Bloomberg Business & The Huffington Post.

Jennifer Giordano

Jenn has over a decade of coaching and facilitation experience. She worked internally at Fortune 500 companies, and then launched her own coaching and training practice in 2009. Jenn works with leaders at all level and industries helping them realize their full potential and assisting them to put a plan in place to reach their objectives. Her professional background, coupled with her double Masters in counseling and organizational psychology from Columbia University, and her undergraduate degree in Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, has given her deep skills in the area of executive and team development.
